Introduction

The purpose of this blog is to chart the progress of the research, planning and construction of my A2 Media Studies coursework. I, Lucy Holland-Jones, am working as part of a group of three with Jack Murphy and Elliot Fairhurst to create a promotional package for the release of a single, to include a music promo video, together with a magazine advertisement for the digipak (CD/DVD package). We chose to promote an 'Psychedelic/Folk' genre single filmed in a series of locations; Macclesfield Forest, Shuttlingsloe (Macclesfield), and the grounds of Fallibroome Academy.
